Consumer Guarantee Act

· The manufacturer guarantees the product to the buyer
· This act gives you rights when you buy inadequate goods
· You are also ensured rights when you pay to get a job done and it is done bad

· When a Consumer buys a product from a producer they instantly applies the ‘guarantees’ act. If it is inadequate you ca return it for a 100% refund

Advertising Standers Authority
· You are aloud to complain about advertising at no cost if you think that the advertising is breaching the Advertising Codes
